Established in 1996, Rivervale Stud is a family run breeding facility in Rosetta, KZN. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of the Natal Midlands with over 2km's of waterfront on the Spring Grove Dam, this boutique-style breeding establishment takes pride in meticulously "crafting" each horse with the utmost care and attention. Rivervale Livery
Rivervale Stud's livery yard epitomises a haven for any equine best friend. The stud boasts a variety of riding facilities including a dressage arena, show jumping arena, cross country area as well as numerous outrides. Rivervale has all the breeding facilities one could dream of and allow for every aspect of breeding to be done in one place. The stud offers foaling down, embryo transfers, semen collection, life cover facilities, AI facilities and foaling down boxes with cameras. With 24 hour supervision and excellent staff, the stud boasts a meticulous approach to ensuring the well-being of all its livery and breeding clients. Anything from youngsters and those in training to retired equine companions, Rivervale provides a nurturing environment for each horse's unique needs. Rivervale Stud Farm emerges as a comprehensive hub catering to the diverse facets of equine care and horsemanship.
Rivervale Training
Rivervale Stud is home to our own Murray Pote. Murray has successfully Evented 4* and Show Jumped 1.50m on various horses. Specialising in corrective training, Murray's soft and quiet approach has allowed him to work with even the most difficult of horses. Rivervale offers Training, Sales and Competitive packages.
